All subscriptions are monthly. There are no annual plans. A work email address is required for both Lite and Pro. Enterprise pricing is tailored to your agency's size and needs. Contact us to discuss.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
Invoices & Receipts
Invoices are sent automatically to the workspace owner's email after each payment. All invoices include:
- VAT breakdown (where applicable)
- Our company details for your records
- A unique invoice number
Need a past invoice? Email support with your workspace name.
VAT
VAT is charged at 20% for UK customers. EU customers with a valid VAT number can request VAT exemption by providing their VAT ID before payment.
Upgrading to Pro
- Go to Workspace Settings in the Hub
- Click "Upgrade to Pro"
- Enter payment details
- Pro features unlock immediately
When upgrading mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
Downgrading to Lite
To downgrade from Pro to Lite:
- Email support with your workspace name
- We'll schedule the downgrade for your next billing date
- You keep Pro access until then
Note: Downgrading removes team member access (Lite supports up to 3 users). Ensure you've exported any shared work first.
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Email support with your workspace name
- We'll confirm cancellation and your final billing date
- You keep access until the end of your paid period
- Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation
Refunds and Trial
Lite: Comms Threader Lite includes a 14-day free trial. Your card is not charged until day 15. Cancel any time before day 15 at no cost. No refunds are offered after the trial period ends, but you keep access until the end of your current billing month.
Pro: Comms Threader Pro includes a 14-day free trial. Your card is not charged until day 15. Cancel any time before day 15 at no cost. No refunds are offered after the trial period ends, but you keep access until the end of your current billing month.
Enterprise plans have custom terms agreed during onboarding.
