Limits reset at midnight UTC. If you hit a limit, outputs will show an error message.
Known Limitations
Real-Time Collaboration
Threader does not currently support real-time collaboration. If two people edit the same project simultaneously, the last save wins. Coordinate with your team to avoid overwrites.
Offline Mode
Threader works offline for viewing and editing saved projects. However:
- AI generation requires an internet connection
- Cloud sync happens when you're back online
- Local drafts may differ from cloud versions if edited on multiple devices
Mobile Experience
The app is functional on mobile but designed for desktop. Complex tools like Audience and Message work best with a larger screen.
Export Formats
Available exports include PowerPoint (.pptx), Word (.docx), and clipboard copy. All 5 core pitch tools and The Landscape support PPTX export.
Performance Tips
- Slow AI responses: Complex inputs take longer. If it times out, try simpler inputs or regenerate.
- App feels slow: Clear browser cache and reload. Check your internet connection.
- Large libraries: If you have 50+ saved projects in a tool, the library may load slowly. Export and archive old projects.
Accessibility
We're working to improve accessibility. Current status:
- Keyboard navigation: Partial support
- Screen readers: Basic support (improving)
- Colour contrast: Meets WCAG AA for primary content
